On November 7, PPWO and 73 organizations sent a letter to the Wage and Hour Division urging they delay implementation of the second increase to the minimum salary threshold to at least May 1, 2025, due to pending litigation challenging the final rule. As the letter explains, “This additional time will ensure that employers will not be forced to implement the new salary threshold when it might not survive judicial review.”
